🛒 What You'll Need
💉
Insulin Syringes U-100 type. These are the thin ones with the tiny needle.
💧
Bacteriostatic Water Sterile water you mix your peptide with. (BAC water)
🧴
Alcohol Swabs To wipe down vial tops before each use. Keeps everything clean.
🧪
Your Peptide Vial The little glass vial with powder inside. Check the mg on the label.
🧴
Step 1: Clean Everything
Grab an alcohol swab and wipe the rubber top of your peptide vial. Then wipe the top of your bacteriostatic water vial too. This keeps everything sterile.
💧
Step 2: Draw Your Water
Take a fresh syringe and pull out the amount of bacteriostatic water you need. Use the calculator below to figure out exactly how much. Most peptides use 2 mL.
💉
Step 3: Add Water to Peptide
Stick the needle through the rubber top of your peptide vial. Push the water in slowly. Aim the stream down the side of the glass, not directly onto the powder. Be gentle.
🔄
Step 4: Roll It Gently
Roll the vial slowly between your palms for about 30 to 60 seconds. Do NOT shake it. The powder should dissolve completely and look clear. If it's still cloudy, keep rolling gently.
❄️
Step 5: Store in Your Fridge
Once it's mixed, put the vial in your refrigerator. It's good for about 4 to 6 weeks after mixing. Don't freeze it. Don't leave it out on the counter.
💡 Pro tip: Always use a new, clean syringe every time you draw from your vial. Never reuse needles. And always swab the vial top with alcohol before each draw.
